My daughter goes to this school, and she is two years ahead in math. Instead of letting her be two years ahead, she took AP Statistics Sophomore year instead of taking pre-calc. This means she is on the same level as kids who are one year ahead in the same grade! Its stupid how this school holds smarter students back for the sake of being equal. Make this school have more advanced math classes!

I am now an 8th grader at Mcc but when I was in Mitchell I remember 5th and mainly 6th grade being my favorite school years ever!! All of my Teachers were amazing and I made the most amazing friends that still talk to today! Of course there are bad kids where ever you go but if you steer clear from the really popular kids, you’re in for a treat! Homework wasn’t too bad and when it was my teachers were there to help me! Truly an amazing school and a great experience! If you are thinking of coming to Mitchell, DO IT! You won’t regret it. (I was in lc 9)

We are a military family that retired here in The Woodlands. Our kiddo has been to two previous elementary schools and Bush Elementary has been the best elementary school. We communicated with the school that our kid was a new student and the transitions issues that I could see happening in the future. The school staff (her teachers and assistant principal) were very helpful! We have been at Bush Elementary for two years and the teachers have always been helpful and communicate when your child is struggling. Safety was a huge thing for us, and they will not allow you pick up your student unless you are on the list and have notified the appropriate staff. To me everything is about communication, and I think Bush Elementary is a great school for your kids. They organize fun events for the kids to attend and push together fundraisers for the school as well.

Como muchos, llegamos de otro país sin saber con detalle cómo funciona el sistema escolar, aquí nos hicieron sentir como en casa, con paciencia nos explicaron todo y llevaron a mi hijo a motivarse cada día para mejorar, él está feliz con el ambiente escolar, mucho mejor que su última escuela en nuestro país, a avanzado muchísimo académicamente y se entusiasma con todo lo que aprende, muchas gracias.
