The building has a garage but there's no parking space available currently. There's a waiting list. Parking in the garage, if space is available, would be about $250 extra each month. Street parking in the area is challenging but not completely impossible. Please drive around the area to get a feel of the parking situation if you are not familiar with the area.

The living room and both bedrooms have been virtually staged to show you what fit. Furniture is not included.

$2,900 deposit and first month rent + $500 damage deposit (for building, refundable within 2 weeks of moving in if no damage made to common area in the building) due at signing of lease. Monthly rent due on the first day (or whichever day makes more sense when we sign the lease) of each month. Owner is just a call/ text away and is attentive to your requests.
