Bedroom furnished with sheets. No fragrance or incense use, please. Really, all you need to bring are your clothes and personal items.

No smoking except 420 on your deck. Rent is due on the first of the month in cash. $300.00 security deposit. 3 month lease but I hope you'll stay longer. I take care of the housekeeping except for your room and bath. Off street parking.
