This unit is currently vacant and for sale, but I will pull it from the market with the right renter committing to a good lease (1 or 2 year). Or, I could do a month to month lease while it remains on the market. A rental option to buy is also possible.

The last renters were difficult, causing me to replace most carpets and make repairs. It is very clean now. That is why I have listed to sell. But I would prefer renting with the right renters. You must be willing to keep it clean and solve small issues (light bulbs or such things) yourself. And inform me of anything that needs immediate attention (such as a water issue). I am a retired engineer and live nearby. So I can take good care of things and offer a personal experience for you.

No pets will be allowed due to new carpets.
