N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHello! If you are thinking of sending your child to this school I advise you to think twice. The school has its pros and cons. However, there are much more cons than pros. Although the school has a very nice architecture and located in a nice area, not all beautiful things are beautiful on the inside.. Starting off with staff, There are many teachers who are very disrespectful towards students and have a habit of belittling them as well. Staff does not help students as much as they should as they are more worried about how to make their school top 1 in the county. They are heavily focused on the wrong things and don’t seem to have their priorities straight. They treat many students unfairly and are very poor with giving and setting up meeting as they claim they “Do not have time”. Another factor, the janitors do a very BAD job at cleaning. How is that this school has not been opened for nearly 2 years yet and the bathrooms and classrooms have roaches and ants crawling around! This is unacceptable. I personally had to unenroll my child from this school due to the amount of complaints he was coming to me about. This is not his first year of highschool either and he claimed that seckinger felt like more as a prison than a highschool. "My neighborhood is one of the best area to live in Gwinnett County. It offers great school system. Close to the mall, restaurants, shopping areas, churches, parks but the same time you can drive few miles and you'll see horses, cows and other animals that you will see in rural areas. "No public transportation for my commute but some does exist. Mostly busses to the perimeter. Highway 85 can be a parking lot so you have to time your morning (and afternoon) according. And use a navigation device like Waze. Lifesaver. "

"Living right by the mall is tough because of traffic. It’s a very popular area and it’s only growing. Safe, quiet neighborhood, commuting can be rough going into ATL, exit 9 gets packed at any time of the day. It is ATL, so that’s not expected. But you can avoid other traffic by not living right near the mall."

"Nothing in the actual neighborhood but a lot in the area including Margaritaville. There’s also a community theater, large mall and the largest lake in Georgia. Lake Lanier is 38,000 acres and covers 3 counties. Many spirting events occur on the lake. Of course, boating, wave boarding, and skiing are popular in the lake. Lanier Islands beach and waterpark is the biggest draw on the lake. "
