Both bathrooms are clean, cute and updated.The fully fenced yard has raised beds, raspberries and a peach tree. This home is located on a street which dead ends into a large vacant lot. The road itself is unpaved - but that keeps people from speeding!Agent owned and managed.

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
