Hi there!

I'm subletting a private bedroom with an attached bathroom for the month of November. The start date is flexible any time between October 20th and November 1st. There's also a possibility the sublet could extend into December if needed.

Rent: $1650/month (includes all utilities and Wi-Fi)
Lease Term: November with possible extension through December

Office available for use (except Wednesdays and Thursdays)

HOUSE GOOD-TO-KNOWS:
No smoking indoors (weed/cigarettes are cool outside)
Pets considered (depending on temperament and co-habitability with Marley, the resident orange cat :) )
My partner uses the office on Wednesdays/Thursdays providing virtual therapy sessions, so the back of the house needs to stay at a speaking-level volume during those days.
