Expansive yard perfect for outdoor activities, gardening, or simply relaxing and taking in the views.

Monthly charge of $270 for water, electric, and internet service.
Monthly charge of $25 for septic maintenance.
Tenant responsible for trash service.
Pest control included.

There are 2 other cabins/tiny homes on the property. These are not included in the rental and are not available to rent. These are a good away and are not visible from this home.
