Great home with hardwood floors downstairs and plush carpeted bedrooms upstairs. Second bedroom was used as an office prior, and has a pull down Murphy bed for guests, and third bedroom is great as a child's room. Family room is spacious with vaulted ceilings. Home is close to mass transit and is a short drive from BYU or UVU. Two car garage with additional parking available from the association if needed. In Summer the home has lots of open space around it with a playground and pool very near and visible from the back porch.

I would say i have really had a great experience so far with Canyon Crest elementary. the teachers and staff have all been super awesome and helpful and the class sizes are somewhat smaller compared to other schools. I have loved watching my kids learn and grow and be apart of such wonderful and caring staff and peers. Any concerns and or questions have all been taking in to consideration and or addressed and all without making me feel like invalid or pushed to the side and or non important. Which I love and appreciate.
