The first floor has kitchen and dining areas in an open layout design with one bedroom and full bathroom. On the second level, find the bedroom with an individual bathroom and great natural lighting. Enjoy outdoor living with a covered front porch, a private courtyard enclosed by a side fence, and a short walk away from Suwanee Town Center Park and the Suwanee Greenway. Parking spots are available in the attached garage. Washer/Dryer included.
Prefer roommate(s) that keep common areas clean and tidy. No smoking is allowed. Trained small pets are welcome. Rent: $1000/$1100 per month plus utilities. One month's rent for security deposit. Additional pet deposit required. Must open to have up to 2 roommates if only renting one room. Rooms available in mid-May.

Utilities, such as electricity, water, gas, and internet, will be split. Trash and landscaping are covered by the HOA. Credit check required upon application. One month's rent and security deposit is needed upon signing the lease. The lease is intended for at least twelve months. No smoking permitted. No alterations to home or grounds without written permission from owner/landlord. Small-breed pets (under 25 lbs and no pup). An additional fee of $50 per pet and a refundable pet deposit of $500 will be required.
