Granny flat has one bedroom with an attached full bathroom, which has a shower (no tub). Bedroom has walk-in closet. Full kitchen with included refrigerator and microwave, no dishwasher. Dining area is well lit.
House has its own enclosed backyard.
An additional detached space which could be used for living or an office is included. It has space for a twin bed along with bedroom furniture. It has an overhead lamp and three working outlets. Space has no central air but is insulated.
RV/boat storage available for additional monthly charge.
The living room area has plenty of room for couch, chairs and TV.
Main house has central air and heat 9 (second bedroom does not). One car garage is attached to house but there's no access to the garage from the interior of granny flat. Parking is in garage or on driveway directly in front of guest house garage ONLY. There's also a laundry shed directly off the kitchen with a washer and dryer.
Granny flat and main house are located in a small and VERY QUIET neighborhood. It's ideally sized for one person or a couple (two adults or adult and child).
Dog or cat ok (requires additional deposit of $250). Area has coyotes. Main home resident owns two large dogs. Dogs are friendly and pretty much have run of the 1.25 acre lot. Lot is gated and fenced...perfect for pets.
Utilities (water, gas/electric, trash) included. Please be mindful of energy use. First lease will be for three months to determine energy consumption and adjust rent if necessary after first three months.
Landlord also takes care of landscaping. Cable/Dish, phone and wi-fi is responsibility of tenant. This is a NO SMOKING property.
