About this House

Motivated Seller! This 3 bedroom home is in a great location for anyone needing easy access to highway and interstates, located about a mile off of 25-E and nestled close to Cherokee Park and Cherokee Lake. The home has had a new roof installed, new HVAC system and new windows in the past 3 years and has hardwood flooring under the current carpet through most of the living areas. It would make the perfect starter home for a young family or a nice spot to plant your roots in a one-level home. There is an unfinished basement that could be finished to add more living space, and the carport could easily be inclosed to make a garage, with space to make it a 2-car garage with the already poured extended driveway. Ample outdoor space for adding features that would enhance your downtime in the peaceful setting where the home resides. Call for a private tour today!

  • Eggertju
"I've met most of my neighbors and are friendly. Next door neighbor mowes area hard for me to mow. Wish neighbor dogs would potty in their own yard, but I'm glad they are nice. Nice area to live. "
  • Shepherdproductions
"Morristown, and in particular Windsor Place, is a terrific place to live. The homes are terrific, the neighbors are friendly-but still respect your privacy, and the entire subdivision is well-maintained, lighted and secure. The area's economy is coming back after a couple of very tough years, and we're seeing new construction. There are terrific recreational opportunities only minutes away, and it's less than an hour to the hottest shopping and tourism areas on the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Boating, camping, fishing, hiking, biking, birding, you name it, there are opportunities here. If you're a higher-income family, Tennessee has no state income tax and the sales taxes, while high, aren't out of sight compared with Alabama or even Kentucky. You're minutes off the interstate, but seem far away from the pressures of the big city. At the same time, you have a very good public utility with a fiber backbone and solid services for work or business. It's small-town life with a proximity to bigger-city amenities. "
  • Memineme1
"Close to all shopping, golf course, hospitals and 24 hour Phx"
  • Kdarrellwilliams
"I have lived here for 21 years and love it. It is home sweet home. So much to do with the community and churches"
  • Rb27nh3
"Great location for family. Close to Morristown and shops and Jefferson City as well. Hamblin county schools."
