Lease takeover for early March move in.

2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-story townhouse in College Town Commons (South Davis).

The base rent is $1,845, plus a $25 water fee, for a total of $1,870/month through September 30, 2025 (with an option to renew). Tenant pays PG&E, owner pays water, trash and garbage. The security deposit will only be $947.50, which you will get back upon leaving the apartment. I have kept the place in great shape, and will clean it thoroughly when I leave.

2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse (2 story) - End unit with few shared walls - Heating and air conditioning - In unit laundry area with hookups (I have a washer and dryer to sell if interested) - Cute, roomy pantry underneath stairs - Lots of storage space; walk-in closet in master bedroom - Both bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs; kitchen, dining and living area, and half bath downstairs - Large patio with locking gate and storage room - Bedrooms and stairs are carpeted, hardwood elsewhere throughout - Dishwasher and garbage disposal - Good size tub and great water pressure - Friendly neighbors - Secure mailboxes - Room for raised planter bed near front door (I currently have rosemary and rue growing) - Hose bib at front of house and on patio.
