New washer/dryer and refrigerator installed less than one year ago. EcoBee Smart Thermostat to increase energy efficiency. RO water filter at the sink and a water softener unit for the entire household. Landlord is responsible for maintaining the front yard, leaving this to be a true "landscape-free" household. Side yard has been fully landscaped with artificial grass. Landlord provides monthly HVAC filter replacements free of charge. LED lightbulbs throughout the home to improve efficiency.

Higley Park offers several playgrounds for children, a splash pad, pool, and open grass fields, all within a one to two minute walk of the home.
