The landscaping is outstanding and well maintained. It's close to a San Tan Mall and a lot of new restaurants and stores. I recommend it for singles that want to be in a safe, quiet neighborhood, but if you like to go out on the town a lot then it's far from the "action." Great area for families, couples and retirees."
