The primary bedroom/ bath area is on one side of the home. The bathroom has a new vanity-sink installed. The other 2 bedrooms and bath are on the opposite side of the home. Very nice for privacy and noise reduction between occupants. There have been many expensive recent updates. In 2024 the owner had retrofoam insulation put under the home, behind the skirting. This lowers your heating and cooling bills. That was a $3400 expense. In 2023, there was a new roof, flooring, central air and furnace, water heater, stove and refrigerator, and some new windows installed.
