It can come furnished or unfurnished. Some of the furniture in photos have been changed.

Available April 1, 2026.......No smoking allowed . Can do 3mo, 6mo or 1 year lease. Limit to 1 car parking. Will consider 1 small dog with pet deposit. Professional references required and proof of income. Renter is responsible for the general maintenance of light bulbs, smoke alarm batteries and any needed pest service.
