An indoor/outdoor cat lives here. Yard is fenced so a dog is a possibility. Background check, Renters Insurance, Proof of Income and References required. One year Lease preferred.

One year lease. Refundable deposit equal to one months rent. Additional pet deposits to be determined. Utilities included. No indoor smoking. No drugs. Tenants are responsible for cleaning after themselves . Housekeeping service can be engaged on an as needed basis . Guests welcome up to 4 nights per month.
