Kitchen, bathroom and laundry are shared with other tenants. Convenient Daytona Beach location. Fully furnished as shown in pictures and all utilities included in the flat rate monthly rent. Month by month lease, move out anytime with 30 days notice. First months rent moves you in. Most of the other tenants are students at Embry Riddle, Daytona state, and Bethune Cookman. It's perfect for students and young professionals.
