"Canon Drive is the absolute best location in the San Roque area of Santa Barbara. This home is within steps of two parks in a very quiet, low-traffic, family-oriented neighborhood. Many classic homes with great architectural details. Also, many mature trees, as the neighborhood was developed in the 1920s. This Canon Drive area is secluded, for you can be on the trails in the mountains in less than 5 minutes walking, yet it is just a few blocks from all of the conveniences of upper State Street. "
