  • Rachel K.
"The commute to downtown is super short. Bus stops are close by, but the bus system in Austin isn't great. Interstates and highways are very close for those with a long distance commute. "
  • Sherrymgriffin
"Quiet, safe and friendly. Many more families with younger children have moved to this neighborhood in recent years. And it’s so close to SOCo and Downtown. Great location."
  • Jordan M.
"Too much thru-traffic and often owners do not use leashes on their dogs. I may not recommend for a small breed owner."
  • Leo A.
"It’s underdeveloped but in a prime location. Juvenile hall is nearby which is sad. St. Edwards University is in the area and it’s pretty. A super HEB is coming!"
  • Steven B.
"You see the same faces nighty walking their dogs. If you go a little further down East side there's a park where dogs play. You're just over a mile from the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike trail if you like to take your dog on runs."
  • Szemetes
"Great location, nice dog walking and jogging, handful of bars and restaurants in walking distance, bus lines nearby"
  • Flemingtx
"Convenient to everything. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 30 years wouldn’t move because I love it so much. "
  • Vanessa F.
"The people are very friendly...SoCo is a few blocks away with great restaurants & shopping. I've always felt safe walking around the neighborhood alone, even in the trails behind the houses. I did wish there was a bus stop closer for whenever I didn't want to drive."
