Clean but little dated. But price and s for a dated place. I can renovate but price will go up. Great location. Needs outside paint but that will have to wait for better weather. All brick on bottom. Sound and fireproof walls between the two units. Cannot gear you neighbor

    "It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everyone keeps to themselves but are also friendly and neighborly. Easy access to the highway, the mall, Walmart, target, the hospital... really not that bad of an area. Seems to mostly be older adults or young families. Police patrol frequently and crime is pretty low. "
