We allow smoking only outside and require that it be disposed of properly. We want to ensure that our house remains free of smoke and odor.

We know how important parking is, which is why we allow our tenants to use the garage and driveway for their vehicles.

We are a family-friendly property and welcome families with children. We understand how important it is to have a safe and comfortable home for your family.

We're also a pet-friendly property, with a few conditions. Pets must be well-trained and well-cared-for, and we reserve the right to reject any pets that we feel may pose a threat or disturbance to the neighborhood or other tenants.

Our lease duration is 12 months, with a security deposit of $5000. We want to make sure that our tenants have a stable and secure home for at least a year.

We have a lot of people walking their dog in our neighborhood sometimes they run around loose, but they are all friendly. We have a park close by which has a nice trail. "
