* Renters insurance is required and must remain active throughout the lease term.
* No smoking or vaping permitted inside the home, garage, or screened areas.
* No painting, wallpapering, mounting televisions, or making alterations to the property without prior written approval from the owner.
* No permanent fixtures or structural modifications may be made without written permission.
* Tenant must replace HVAC air filters regularly and keep the property in clean and sanitary condition.
