5. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1750 is required. It will be returned within 30 days if there is no damage to the units.
6. Late Rent Fees: Rent is due on the [insert due date] of each month. A late fee of $50 applies if rent is not paid within 5 days of the due date.
7. Maintenance and Repairs: The landlord handles maintenance, repairs, and emergency issues. Tenants must inform the landlord to get issues fixed.
