To view this home, you can bring a photo ID and a $60 cash key deposit to 804 West Evans Street, Florence, to pick up a key Monday-Thursday, 9am-3:30pm, or Friday, 9am-11:30am.

 The application fee is $60 per applicant. Application requirements are detailed in the Rental Application link on our website. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent.

Some pets may be permitted, but size, quantity and breed restrictions apply, and all pets must be approved. For an approved pet, a $350 pet deposit is required, and a monthly pet fee is assessed. The fee varies between $10-$75 per pet per month depending on the age, size and breed of the pet. Renter's insurance is required if tenants have a pet.

    "There are dogs and cats , squirrels, birds etc. here. There are a lot of families with children. Many people walk the neighborhood. Some people have golf carts they drive around the area. Dog owners are responsible and keep their dogs leashed or in fenced yards. The homes here are well maintained."
