Forms are available online at https://www.chillicotheoh.gov/departments/property.php. Required forms and purchase proposal can be scanned and emailed to us at: asti.powell@chillicotheoh.gov or dropped off at the City Administration Building (35 S. Paint Street, 3rd Floor).
    The Land Bank Board reserves the right to consider the highest AND best offer based on the proposed use that best fit the goals of the Land Bank. The Land Bank Board will consider the following priorities when determining the end use: Owner-occupied home ownerships, Individuals who are residents of Ross County, Institutional/public use, Mixed-income development, Rental.

      "I live in Chillicothe and work less than a mile away and commute is easier and convenient, but the sidewalks are awful and all need redone, it’s not exactly handicapped accessible and the handicapped can’t even use the sidewalk because it’s so torn up. It’s scary and the only part that feels safe is directly next to the mead because of the 24/7 patrol and the lights."

      "They have the feast of the flowering moon, the Halloween festival, and the Drug Free Clubs of America have a rally down Paint Street by the courthouse, our neighborhood is very involved, but it doesn’t always feel safe. I love Chillicothe, I was born and raised here."

Living right off of 35 makes it so convenient for us to hop on the highway and be an hour to a hour and a half from 3 major Ohio cities! "
