Pet Deposits are due to be paid with the 2nd months' rent. Pet Deposit is $250 for the first approved pet and $125 each additional. Pets must be mature, housebroken, and non-aggressive.
$25 per adult, non-refundable application fee.
Application fee(s), deposit, and first month's rent must be made using cash, cashier's check, or money order. (receipt will be given for cash)
Mudd Family properties runs credit, criminal background, income verification and rental history checks on all applicants.
