    Beginning for the outlines of said lot of land hereby intended-to be conveyed at the Southeast corner of Lot No. 11 and running thence along the north margin of Madison Street, S. 61 ½ degrees E. 40.0 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot No. 13, thence N. 28 ½ E. 160.0 feet to the south margin of a 16 feet alley, thence with said alley, N. 61 ½ degrees W. 40.0 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot No. 11, thence S. 28 ½ degrees W. 160.0 feet to the place of the beginning

      "Neighborhood is very dog friendly. People are constantly walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. We have a 100 pound Rottweiler and have no issues walking her in the neighborhood. Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
