One Time Pet Fee of $100 per pet is required with the rent deposit. Pet Rent is $100 per pet, per month. If your household pet situation changes after move in, notify landlord in writing prior to bringing the new pet to make appropriate arrangements and pay fees. * Please note that any and all damages that occur from a pet will be charged to the tenant upon move out.

OTHER POLICIES:
NO SMOKING. NO MORE than 4 Adults (persons age 18 or older) Allowed. ALL adults 18 or over living in the home are required to sign the lease. Failing to do so will be grounds for eviction. All adults 18 or over must provide documentation of income, drivers license or other government issued photo ID, and References/ letters of recommendation from at least one previous landlord and one employer that includes those references complete and accurate contact information.

*RENT TERMS:
$2,750 is based on 365 day lease agreement.*Deposit and a $500 bonus will be paid back to tenant if reporting policy is followed and tenant keeps the property in same condition as move in date. 6 months and month to month terms are negotiable. Month to Month does require a minimum of 3 month stay. Rental Deposit is only refundable if home is in same or better condition when tenant moves out as when they move in. Any damage to property will be assessed 1 day prior to move out and again 1 day after move out. Please Notify landlord of any damage that occurs promptly so that landlord can make repairs and prevent further damage.

Should tenant require month to month Rent, Rental Amount is $3,500.00 per month with $7,000 deposit.
