Peloton & Tonal can be included, renter must pay own membership dues for Peloton & Tonal. Ceiling fans in every room. Keypad entry to front door. Ring doorbell and security system available, renter to pay for monitoring. Currently using Stariink for wifi. Access to neighborhood pools & tennis courts with $500 annual fee. PROPERTY IS OCCUPIED, therefore in-person viewing is unavailable.
Move in date negotiable. Renter pays all utilities: water, power, garbage, internet, etc. Owner pays POA dues, lawn & pest control. No smoking, no large or loud parties. Quiet neighborhood with neighbors who know us and watch the house for us. Any negative reports from security that go against POA rules and guidlines will be subject to fines or possible eviction. The teachers get 3 stars because they really do care and they try very hard. The curriculum is sub par. If you are coming from a larger city, the rest of the children are going to be behind your child academically.
