Minimum credit score of 675 (If below 675 a double deposit is required if application is approved)
All Pets Case by Case & if approved must be City Registered. Pet fee and pet deposit required.
Service & ES Animals require supporting documents from the beginning of the application process
Signed Texas Realtor Lease Application & this form completed filled out and signed by all 18 & up
Valid U.S. Photo ID or DL, National database search report will be performed. If tenants are from other countries, then all 18 & up must provide photo ID for residency from that country. Lack of proper ID can lead to applicant leaving double deposit if credit and criminal not able to be run or application can be denied.
Copy of last 3 months paycheck stubs or 6 bank statements if self-employed and last Tax Statement
