Any child who throws chairs or exposes themselves in public gets disciplined by being put in the English only classes. There are 0 spelling tests, and the teacher turnover in the English speaking classes is insane. Some teachers do care alot and are great, but the administration limits English only speaking kids so much that it doesn't matter

"A ton of drug issues in this area and the petty crimes that go along with it, as well. You can't trust anyone around the neighborhood because the drive for the next fix is stronger than the sense of doing right by your neighbors. "

" It's cooler in Summer, and warmer than Winter, than those further from the coast. (only 3-4 blocks to upper Galveston Bay). Only five miles to Kemah and the Boardwalk."
