Open kitchen with high ceiling and view to family room and fenced backyard, master bathroom with separate garden tub and shower, spacious rooms with walk-in closets. Neighborhood has swim pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground and clubhouse. This house will not last long!

Non-refundable application fee of $15 for EVERY person over the age of 18. The application fee will apply to the second month's rent if a lease is signed later. Total move-in cost is usually the first month's rent plus security deposits equal to one month's rent with approved credit.     "Exceptional festivals are always held downtown Buford by BCSS. Our Buford community center always has concerts for adults as well as other events. It’s always a sensational location to get cardio in. Our community is accommodated with a splash pad for the littles. I would love to see more for kids though— A small fair perhaps? Bouncy house event? Egg hunt during easter? An addition of swings and a slide would not be terrible. Other than that, beautiful and safe community everyone is kind and caring. "
