Each of the three bedrooms has LVP flooring and includes a ceiling fan. The upper level bedrooms enjoy treetop views. One of the upper-level bedrooms is larger with a large storage closet plus a standard-size closet with hanging storage. The other bedroom has one large closet with attic access.

Attractive landscaping includes boulders set among rhododendron, mature trees, and the grassy yard. The yard is not fully-fenced but does have fencing along two sides. The basement has a lot of windows and walk-out access from the paved parking area.

Central heat and central air conditioning, all electric. Tenant responsible for landscaping maintenance/ lawn care and all utilities including electricity, propane (for the range only), and water/sewer. Trash and recycling is provided by the City of Asheville. No smoking. No cosigners. No pets are permitted.
