IMPORTANT NOTES :
There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI don't feel safe when I come here everyday. Their ID system to protect the school doesn't nothing, you get suspended if you don't bring this piece of plastic E-waste to their school every day. The entire school is dirty and filled with garbage, unclean toilets, and in every bathroom, only one sink works. The staff give the same punishment to kids who beat up other kids to kids who don't bring their ID cards to school. The security are useless as all they do is stand around the school looking at their phones. They put security in the bathrooms doorways in the morning and kids still get away with doing drugs in the bathroom, the school district is very poor so we don't get the same opportunities as other schools either.Student Review1y ago
