The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area boasts a beautiful modern design. The sunny living room offers ocean views in the distance and features a large smart TV with access to streaming services and a BOSE soundbar for premium sound. The dining area includes a table with seating for four and additional seating for four at the kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, glassware, dinnerware, utensils, toaster, blender, and other cooking gadgets. A drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and hot water kettle are also provided. The master suite includes a king-sized bed with adjustable settings, ocean views, a custom closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a large vanity and glass-enclosed step-in shower. The guest bedroom features a king-sized bed that can be converted into two twin beds, with en-suite bathroom access and a closet with hangers. All bathrooms are equipped with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.
Guests have access to an epoxy-coated garage with a washing machine and dryer, with laundry detergent and fabric softener provided. Beach gear and towels are available, and high-speed 500 Mbps internet ensures excellent Wi-Fi coverage in the unit for streaming and high-quality video meetings. A pack-n-play and a gate for the top of the door stairs are also provided.
This condo is steps away from McPherson Park, offering a kid play area, access to electric bikes, and a basketball court. A 5-minute walk puts you right in the heart of Downtown Encinitas and the epic Swami's Surf Park. Enjoy local favorite restaurants like Pipes Cafe, Union Kitchen & Tap, The Roxy, or Swami's Cafe.     "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."
