Parking available for one vehicle. Main bathroom is shared, but is a good size and has a double vanity, half bath located by the deck. Living room area is an open concept to the kitchen.

No smoking allowed inside. 6 month minimum lease, afterwards month to month or we can sign a new lease. No oversized vehicle, the parking lot isn't that spacious. We recycle. All utilities are included in the rent price. We'll spilt household items and common area cleaning.
