A small bathroom and shower/tub. Outside of just the RV you will have access to community facilities such as: Bathrooms, showers, laundry room, gym, community lodge, boat ramps and fire pits. The unit is updated with fresh paint and will need to update photos on this post. The upholstery for the futon is also covered .

All utilities are included (electricity, WIFI, gas(propane), water, sewage and trash) .

There is enough parking for 2 cars, and pets are allowed (with$ deposit) (Dogs must be leashed at all times when walking them). Looking for a single person. Please reach out with any questions about this.
