Our rental is a 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex that has been freshly painted. New flooring has been installed. We installed a brand-new stove. We do NOT accept animals/pets. We provide trash service, lawn care and septic (no sewage cost). We do NOT provide electricity, you will be responsible for this service. Electricity is through Rutherford Electric, they may require a deposit. We do NOT provide water, you will be responsible for this service. Water is through Lincoln County public works, the may require a deposit. We do NOT provide internet service. The service provider in the area is Spectrum. We do NOT provide a washing machine or dryer, however there are hook ups for both. We do provide the refrigerator and stove.
Our rental's school district is, Pumkin Center Elementary School, North Lincoln Middle School, and North Lincoln High School. Our rental is 15 minutes from Lincolnton, 15 minutes from Denver, 30 minutes from Hickory, 35 minutes from Mooresville, 45 minutes from Charlotte.

We require a 12 month lease. We do NOT accept animals/pets. Rent is $1,200 monthly, with a $1,200 deposit. We provide trash service, lawn care and septic (no sewage cost).     "i have lived in this neighborhood for 10 years my neighbors are like family they are so kind I love the area. it is so very safe I hardly ever lock my door the festivals and the street fairs are phenomenal the beautiful fire this works display during July 4th and Christmas parades is just so much fun and then with the Apple festival and everything I just love it"

    "This home is three miles from Lincolnton and across the road from Lincolnton Middle School. I think it would be ideal for a family with children. Park Circle is a horseshoe and excellent place to walk; however, there is quite a bit of traffic on Startown Road. It's only 20 minutes from here to shopping/restaurants in Hickory and 25 minutes to Gastonia. It's only five miles to Hwy. 321. I think it's an ideal location. "
