Walking distance to Spring Lake Park Play Ground. Washer and Dryer on second floor.

Bedrooms are upstairs and are nicely-sized with ample room to fit multiple furniture pieces. Shorter Term lease may be possible with some conditions and higher rent.

Laminated wood/LVP flooring through out. Some pictures will be updated later.

The Laundry Room is conveniently located on the 2nd level so no more lugging baskets up and down the stairs. Closets are strategically located throughout the home to keep living spaces tidy.

The interior space is nicely sized throughout, but when you need to escape to the outdoors, you don't have to go far. Just relax on the fenced private patio. All the shopping, dining and amenities you could possibly want or need is near by.
