Well from what I've seen and heard from the autism and others that the teachers really need more training in that field cause when a child has a meltdown or something it's there job to make them feel safe and calm but if they don't have the training in that field then they most definitely need to cause it's a every day task that they get paid to do like the officers of the law now have to do in autism Js you can't get discouraged about your job if a child is having a bad day just like you having a bad day or week it takes patience and understanding. So be mindful of the job you are getting paid to do if you can't then you are not cut out to be a teacher or principal or something..
