After the dirt road winds to the left, drive past the 2nd crossing on the left (this left crossing is all the way to the hill-top, but do NOT turn onto this left crossing). Immediately AFTER you are past that 2nd left crossing on Arcadia Ln, look to your right, and the manufactured house is in the low land beside the trees. It is behind the two-piece fence gate. (please Do NOT go further to the other entrance on the south, which has no fence gate)

Yes, I know the outside needs to be cleaned up. Please do NOT walk around the house on the debris before it is further cleared up.

You will use wells water and septic tank, as it is NOT connected to public water/sewer system.

Also, please check for internet service yourself. There is NO cable on-site, and I cannot even find telephone line on-site. Satellite probably is available but that is quite expensive. Most likely you have to rely on cellular phone to get online.

    "The worst ever on the freeways. Lots of accidents. Roads are not wide enough. Motorcyclist are always having problems fitting through between the cars. I wish that they were not allowed to go between us. When they pass you if you didn’t see them coming, they rev their engines and scare you in two weeks a while back I seen three different motorcycles down on the freeway between here and San Diego, the road that the Oasis is on is so noisy when I drive on it it definitely needs repairs."
