The unit is zoned for both residential and business uses, so this could be a full time office or a perfect work / live hybrid.

Large and light-filled, the primary bedroom sits 20 feet above the lower floor, looking over the living room on one side and the kitchen on the other. The bedroom has a very large custom built-in California Closet. Directly underneath the loft are the bathroom and the additional guest room / office, which includes a cabinet bed that can be stored for additional space. This condo can work as a 2 bedroom, but is generally better as a large 1br that is well suited for guests.

The neighborhood has changed, but Silver Square remains a one-of-a-kind community, gated and separated from the hustle of Blake street with large interior parking lots, a beautiful garden and lawn, and a massive shared deck that this top-floor unit steps directly onto. Everything inside the condo has been lovingly updated, from the polished concrete floors, to the just-finished oak hardwoods in the loft, to the chefs Kitchen with top-of-the line appliances.

Right off of the Rockies parking lot, the community has direct access to 10 blocks of mostly unused and empty space that serves as a place to run, bike, walk the dog, or provide direct and convenient access to Coors field.

The building itself has a deep history, first built on the east coast in the early 1900s, it was broken down and shipped to Denver for its second life as a manufacturing facility that made sugar-beet processors. During WWII, it was used to build ships that were dropped directly onto train cars using the large crane that has been preserved on site. It was converted to lofts in the 80s and has served as a hub within the community ever since.

Had a remote controlled fog machine and Halloween music, motion activated spiders and beers for adults. Our neighbors brought us back up candy because they saw popular we were. We love trick or treaters!"
