Owner is the other roommate, and lives there approximately 20% of the time.

The Room:
Private partially furnished "mini primary" bedroom with own private (behind door) bathroom / shower and closet space attached to bedroom. The room has new luxury vinal flooring and blackout curtains, is furnished with a queen bed and mounted TV ~ a dresser and nightstand can be made available if needed. Perfect for a professional in a housing transition situation or for longer term as well.

No smoking or pets. Room cannot be sublet.
