About this House

5 minutes from beach, downstairs spacious 2 bedroom apartment with former Marine male. Tenant will have their own large room. Bathroom is shared. The apartment complex has a total of three apartments, and is very clean and has excellent greenery and trees. There is a spacious kitchen and living room and the unit was recently painted. There is no washer / dryer. There is also a courtyard. Current tenant along with other tenants in the building have been there for about 10 years. Fruit trees on property. Tile floors keep the place nice and clean. I am a very responsible adult male about 45 years old and have lived in the apartment for close to ten years. I am a relatively private person, likes to exercise, work full-time on the Marine base, and a responsible person.

Standard lease terms. No smoking or drugs, responsible for half of electric bill, no water as paid by landlord,
