Many long-term residents and owner occupied homes. Budding local business scene. good grocery, food, drink options nearby. walkable and easily bike-able to BART. "

    "There’s a food market every Friday they have fresh fruit and vegetables. They also have a vendor that sells fresh smoothies. Another that sells roasted chickens. There’s a wide variety of other vendors like jewelry, electronics, clothing and so on."

Crime in this area has always been significantly lower than surrounding areas and we truly have that community feel here.
