Exterior covered area of 300 square feet included as part of space rent. No water/sewer currently available (plumbing for gray water only connection can be done at tenants expense), NO RESTROOM facilities. Ideal for storage, private workshop or small businesses with no customer foot traffic. Workshop is on back of private property with separate gated entrance. Two large bay doors allow for wide entrance to shop. Electric account is maintained by landlord and billed separately on a monthly basis. One year lease.

 All our applications are done online through our company website. Be sure to pay the $40 application fee when applying. Each person planning to live here that is over the age of 18 MUST submit an application for approval.
REQUIREMENTS TO RENT:
1. Minimum household gross income of 2.8x the monthly rent.
2. A good credit score and clean history (625 minimum).
3. Proof of income to be able to rent. Income can include assistance such as food stamps, child support - call for clarification if necessary.
4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.
6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance.

    "Everyone knows everyone. Teach your kids respect and kindness. It goes a long way! Since it’s not easy to get places. Most kids have motorized scooters or bikes. Please teach the safety like wearing a helmet and not cutting cars off or speeding with them. We don’t want them to get hurt!"

    "Family friendly, great neighbors! We get occasional visits from wild turkeys, peacocks, owls and perrogine falcons. We have a mated pair of hawks, that we have watched raise babies since 2009! In the spring we get migrating Monarchs and Moutain finches. You can see the milky way most nights. Lots of town events, like the Rodeo and Fair. Ramona has a community Halloween event, and most of the town trick or treats on main street. They have activities for the 4th of July and Christmas. There are easy hiking trails like the Grasslands and more difficult ones such as Mount Woodsen and everything in between. The only con is commuting for work, not a lot of traffic just the distance of you work in San Diego."
