It has a kitchen with appliances, full bathroom with tub and shower, two closets, and one room that is the bedroom/living room with a ceiling fan and lots of windows for natural light. Private parking lot. This is on the 2nd floor and there are stairs.

Water and trash/recycling and lawn maintenance included. Tenant pays only electric (heat and hot water are electric)
 and cable/internet if desired. Rent is $565/mo plus $565 deposit. No smoking/vaping. No dogs. Approved spayed/neutered cats are $25/mo each plus $150 non-refundable pet fee.
Will require proof of income (last 3 months of pay stubs) and past landlord information. We will perform a background criminal/evictions check.
