Tenant pays all utilities, water, electric, cable, sewer, garbage, phone. 1 year lease to start, then month to month. $100,000 Renters insurance policy required w/landlord listed as person of interest on policy, unless tenant(s) combined household income falls at or below 50% of the median for the area, renters insurance may not be required. No Smoking/Vaping on property. No Marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be grown, stored, or consumed on the premises without the prior written consent of Owner/Agent. Small pet negotiable with pet rent and Pet agreement. Pets must be current with vaccinations, license, and spay/neutered. Tenants will mow, water and maintain lawn and landscaping. If payment is not received by 11:59 p.m. on the 4th day of the rental period, Tenants will be charged a late fee charge per rental installment limited to the amount customary in rental area.
